Sasquatch Senior Community (Sasquatch Senior Community: Book 1) (Paperback or Softback)

When recently widowed Lois moves to Bear Creek Senior Community in the heart of Florida's dense jungle, she expects a quiet retirement filled with peaceful piano playing in her secluded garden cottage. What she discovers instead will challenge everything she thought she knew about the natural world.

Strange sounds echo through the thick foliage, mysterious trades appear on her garden table - exotic flowers and curious trinkets left in exchange for simple apples. And the music... why does her piano playing draw such an unusual audience?

As Lois befriends other residents of Bear Creek, she realizes she's not the only one guarding an extraordinary secret. Something remarkable lurks in the lush wilderness surrounding their community, something that could change their lives forever - that is, if they can protect it from the outside world.

Patrick Talmadge crafts an enchanting tale where retirement becomes an unexpected adventure, proving that life's most magical chapters might just begin after seventy. "Sasquatch Senior Community" weaves together unlikely friendships, family bonds, and the discovery that some of Florida's greatest treasures remain hidden in plain sight.

In this charming novel where mystery meets wonder, Lois and her fellow seniors find themselves becoming protectors of something far more precious than their peaceful retirement community. But can a group of retirees keep such an earth-shattering secret? And at what cost?
