Pal. Checks and money orders are gladly accepted. Media Mail shipping is
$3.99 for the first book and Priority mail is $9.50 for the first book. Please
add $1 for each additional title. Please inquire for foreign shipping quotes.
If you would like to see a copy of the book I will gladly provide a scanned
image of the book or signature. Libraries can be billed. Reciprocal
courtesies to dealers. We want satisfied and repeat customers so if you are not
satisfied or happy with your purchase for any reason I will happily refund your
