About the Author

Derek C. Lott in his freshman year as an author has been speaking on the subject of communication as part of his personal and professional development methodology that he has been perfecting over 20 years. A career veteran of the high tech and retail grocery industries, Lott has chosen to capture his effective philosophies for a broader audience. Lott has spoken to various audiences from academia to industry to community. To help him further hone his skills Lott joined a Toast-masters Club in 2013.
