From the Back Cover

Small changes add up in big ways.

That's the empowering message of Scale Down, a book loaded with small but significant steps you can take today to improve your health and weight tomorrow. Healthy living, says Danna Demetre, happens only when we honestly examine all dimensions of body, soul, and spirit. That's why Scale Down offers a realistic plan for weight loss--and much more--that incorporates all three aspects of our lives.

Now updated with new chapters and even more helpful tips, Scale Down is perfect for both personal and small group use and can accompany either Danna's audio CD series or the Scale Down--Live It Up DVD-based curriculum. However you decide to use it, Scale Down will give you a message of hope through self-evaluations, biblical principles, and Danna's own powerful testimony. You can break free from unhealthy habits and build a positive image of yourself as a child of God. Scale Down will show you how!

"Follow Danna's lead--she is an excellent life coach who walks her talk and will mentor you toward life-changing freedom."--John C. Maxwell, founder, the INJOY Group
