The Scaries

Ray Davis avoided his small Kansas hometown for almost a decade. As a senior in high school, he narrowly escaped death in the bowels of Spooky Hollow, a place carved into the earth by evil itself. His attack became an unwilling chapter in local legend. A family tragedy forced Ray's return back to Arkansas City amidst the October flurry of the annual Arkalalah fall festival, which was a treasured homecoming for most. For Ray, standing in the middle of the traumatic memories he had managed to suppress, details began to creep to the forefront one vivid, painful dream at a time. It became apparent that Ray's would be killer was celebrating a homecoming as well.
