Cabinet card on light yellow mount with title in the negative. No content on verso. No photographer or publication information. Likely taken in the late 19th century. Mount has light wear to edges and light soiling; photo has light soiling. The contrast and content of the image is very good. The view depicts a horse, wagon and passengers crossing a bridge over a dried up river that leads into town. Featured in the image is a sign posted on the bridge that reads "65.00 fine for riding or driving faster than a walk on this bridge" and is printed in English and Spanish. There is also a sign painted on a post along the river bed which reads: "Croweles[Crowells?] Restaurant Open All Nights." ; 6 3/4" x 4 1/4".
