Jeff Kaye is a retired police sergeant and currently the Director of Public Safety for a large Southern California K-12 school district. Additionally, he serves as the district's emergency manager in charge of emergency operations and training.

Roy Hill recently retired from the Palm Springs Unified School District as Manager of District Security and Emergency Preparedness. Hill developed and implemented the emergency operations plan for the district s 27 schools having an enrollment of approximately 24,000 students. Prior to Hill joining PSUSD, he spent 28 years in law enforcement and trained with FEMA at their National Emergency Training Center.

Blake Goetz has over 35 years of fire service and emergency management experience and has been the incident commander at hundreds of emergency incidents including numerous large scale complex multi-agency fires. Goetz has coordinated the local response and recovery for six Presidential Disaster Declarations.
