This book provides the reader with an encapsulation of all the key experimental psychoenergetics observations made by Professor Tiller ande his group over the past 35 years. It reveals the true nature of the human acupuncture meridian/chakra system and how "sacred" spaces are created. It shows that the physical vacuum is not really empty and that, under the proper conditions, our digital measurement instruments can reveal a sum of contributions from two unique levels of physical reality. The book describes a new energy in nature that produces a very long range information entanglement and appears to be related to movement of magnetic charge in the vacuum level of reality. Finally, it uses the experimental data to formulate theoretically a new reference frame for viewing nature, one that encompasses both conventional spacetime science and the new psychoenergetic phenomena. A Note About Terminology: You may see the term IIED in some of Dr. Tiller’s earlier books and papers. Dr. Tiller later changed the name to IHD, but the two terms refer to the same device and technology.

WILLIAM A. TILLER, PH.D. Fellow to the American Academy for the Advancement of Science, Professor Emeritus William A. Tiller, of Stanford University’s Department of Materials Science, spent 34 years in academia after 9 years as an advisory physicist with the Westinghouse Research Laboratories. In his conventional science field he has published over 250 scientific papers, 4 books and several patents. In parallel, for the past 30 years, he has been avocationally pursuing serious experimental and theoretical study of the field of psychoenergetics which he thinks will become a very important part of “tomorrow’s” physics. In this new area, he has published to date, an additional 100 scientific papers and two seminal books.WALTER E. DIBBLE, JR. Dr. Dibble received his Ph.D. in Geochemistry at Stanford University in 1980 and did post-doctoral studies with William Tiller in the department of Materials Science and Engineering until 1982. He worked in industry in engineering geology until 1997 when again he worked with Dr. Tiller as a visiting scholar at Stanford. Since then he has been employed at Ditron, LLC and the William A. Tiller Foundation for New Science conducting experiments using intention imprinted electronic devices. Fields of specialization include aqueous geochemistry, crystal growth, engineering geology and subtle energy research. He has published several scientific papers in the field of geochemistry and more recently in the newly emerging field of subtle energy. J. GREGORY FANDEL A practicioner of meditation for over 30 years, he has been a co-reseacher with the William A Tiller Foundation for New Science for the past 7 years, offering direct insights from his own inner research. He supports the work of Drs. Tiller and Dibble’s day-to-day experimentation and facilitates the creative production of the extraordinary experimental results.
