About this Item

Just a shelf-worthy reading copy at a good price. This is a later printing of the book club edition, with code "T36" (September 1978 per ISFDB) in the gutter of page 465. Book and dust jacket are both in attractive very good condition. The book's binding is sound and square, with no spine crease. Covers have lightly bumped spine ends, but are otherwise unworn. Pages are unmarked and unworn. Its dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, is whole, marred only by a slightly faded spine, some faint soiling on its white back, and traces of wear on the ends of its spine and flap folds, but otherwise bright, unmarked, and unworn. I will ship this book in moisture resistant wrapping, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the same condition as my description.

All shipments will be via US Postal Service unless requested otherwise. Standard shipping within the USA will be via USPS Media Mail. Priority shipping within the USA will be via USPS First Class Mail.
My current Standard shipping rate within the USA is US$4.00 for the first book, and US$2.00 for additional books in the same order.
There are two situations where I will refund to the buyer a portion of the postage charged by ABEBOOKS: (1) Separate orders placed on the same date for shipment to the same address will be shipped together, so I will refund half of the postage paid for the first book in each such second and subsequent order. And (2) Books described as "paperbacks" in my descriptions weigh less than other books, so I will refund US$1.00 of the paid shipping fee for the 2nd and subsequent paperbacks in the same order shipping to the same address.
