A handsome well-bound paperback set of Wells's best science fiction novels, with striking cover art from Cyril Power's "The Exam Room" and "The Escalator". The novels are: The Time Machine, The Island of Doctor Moreau, The First Men in the Moon, & The War of the Worlds (in Vol.1) and The Invisible Man, When the Sleeper Awakes, & The Shape of Things to Come (in Vol. 2).
