About the Author

Monem Jemni is a Principal Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Greenwich, UK. He is widely recognized as a leading expert in the bioenergetics, physiology and health-related issues of gymnastics, as well as the enhancement of gymnastics performance through training.
