John Layman is the creator, writer and letterer of Chew, the New York Times best-selling, Harvey Award and multi-Eisner Award winning cannibal cop comedy series from Image Comics. Layman was an editor for WildStorm Production and has written or lettered for every major publisher in comics for the last decade and a half. He’s written Cyclops, Detective Comics, Mars Attacks, Godzilla, Aliens, Thundercats, Gambit, Scarface, Red Sonja, Marvel Zombies Vs. Army of Darkness, House of M: Fantastic Four, the Marvel Identity Wars Annuals, Stephen Colbert’s Tek Jansen… and a whole lotta other stuff. He's currently the writer of Leviathan with artist Nick Pitarra and Outer Darkness with artist Afu Chan, both published by Image Comics.

This year, McFarlane has announced an ensemble of award-winning talent for his upcoming Spawn movie: Casting Academy Award and Golden Globe winner Jamie Foxx (Ray, Django Unchained) to play Spawn and Academy Award nominee Jeremy Renner (Hurt Locker, The Town, Wind River) to play police detective "Twitch" Williams. This new Spawn film will be a gritty, R-rated re-imagining of the character and marks McFarlane’s feature film directorial debut. Academy Award nominee Jason Blum and his BlumhouseProductions, the force behind recent hits Get Out, Split and Halloween, are attached to produce. McFarlane also co-founded in 1992—and serves as current President of—Image Comics. Image has been the third largest comic publisher in North America the past 26 years (behind Marvel and DC Comics). In 1994, McFarlane founded the international award-winning McFarlane Toys—now one of North America’s top action figure manufacturers, boasting over 150 licenses (including the recently announced Fortnite license) during that time. Artistically, McFarlane’s impact visually on the look of Spider-Man (while working at Marvel in the 1990s) can still be seen today. Stephen Segovia is a largely self-taught artist whose professional career began in comics began at the tender age of sixteen. Since then, he's gone on to work with several publishers on a variety of titles, including Tomas en Kulas for Funny Komiks, CAST for Nautilus Comics (in his native Philippines), and Shadowmance for U.K. publisher Markosia. In the United States, he has contributed to such titles as Top Cow's TOKYO KNIGHTS, Dynamite Entertainment's Red Sonja, DC's Countdown to Mystery, and Marvel's Xtreme X-men. His most recent title is THE SCORCHED with Todd McFarlane and Sean Lewis for Image Comics/TMP.
Dudu Pansica debuted in the comic book industry in 2003, and since 2009 has worked for numerous comic book publishers, including TMP and DC Comics. He has illustrated Batwing, Green Lanterns, Supergirl, Aquaman, Suicide Squad, and most recently, The Scorched.
