Octavo. [2], iv, pages 5-199 pages, [1]. Blue cloth hardcover with gilt title on the front cover. Cloth is faded and edge worn. Faint cup ring stain on the front cover. Cracks to the gutters but no loose pages. Previous owners notes and inscriptions written on the end sheets. A fairly worn copy.
