Mitchell is Consultant in Liaison Psychiatry at Leicester General Hospital, and Leicester and Honorary SnR Lecturer in Liaison Psychiatry in the Department of Cancer and Molecular Medicine at Leicester Royal Infirmary. James C. Coyne is Professor of Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania Health System.
