The Scripture Doctrine Of Creation, With Reference To Religious Nihilism And Modern Theories Of Development (1873)

The Scripture Doctrine of Creation, with Reference to Religious Nihilism and Modern Theories of Development is a book written by T.R. Briks in 1873. The book explores the concept of creation as outlined in the scriptures and examines its relevance in light of contemporary theories of development and nihilism. Briks argues that the biblical account of creation is not only relevant but essential for understanding the nature of existence and the purpose of life. The book delves into the various interpretations of creation in different religious traditions and discusses the implications of nihilism for the concept of creation. Briks also engages with contemporary scientific theories of evolution and argues that they do not necessarily conflict with the biblical account of creation. The book provides a comprehensive and insightful analysis of the concept of creation and its relevance in contemporary discourse. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
