About the Author

After a thirty-four-year career in the U.S. Navy, Vice Adm. He and his wife, Debbie, live in Alexandria, Virginia. Taylor Baldwin Kiland has written, edited, or ghostwritten eighteen books, including two about our nation’s Vietnam POWs.
