About the Author

As a deacon for nearly twenty years, Douglas E. DeVore has served on several pastoral search committees. He has also assisted other churches in their search for a pastor and worked individually with many Christian leaders as they sought God's will. Douglas and his wife, Stephanie, live in Goodrich, Michigan.
