Why alternative? Because the guide eschews well-known WW I locations such as Ypres, Albert etc. Cemeteries also get little coverage as other books (eg Toni and Valmai Holt's guides cover these). Very slight mark on bottom back cover. Otherwise good. Photos, illustrations, maps. 144 pages. Quoted P&P for UK 2nd class. Overseas at least £5.85.
