Woodcuts and Copperplate Maps; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 180 pages; 1838 Chares J. Hendee. Hardcover in black quarter leather backed spine and pictorial paper covered boards. 35th edition stated. Shallow chips to leather at spine ends with light rubbing and a few nicks to spine surface. Priro ownership dated 1841 to front endpage. Contents clean and unmarked with occasional mild foxing, heavier to the copperplate maps at rear. Illustrated with small woodcut in text figures and 16 copper engraved maps at rear, icluding of Egypt, Africa, China and Asia and most of the European Countries. VG.
