Second limited edition (#522). Folio (355 x 280mm). 131pp. Tan cloth, black, dampstained at bottom front cover. Dust jacket has second edition and 522 stamped on the front, chipped, torn, soiled, cut and dampstained across both front and back. Interior dampstained at bottom corner, dog-eared at the same corner, but otherwise clean. This book was to be the first volume in a series of four, but the others weren't published.
