The Secret Playbook

Based on Frank D. Murphy's journey from the jail cell to the NFL.

Secret Playbook is a self-guided workbook that unlocks the secrets to a purposeful life-play by play. Its author, Frank D. Murphy, former NFL player and national motivational speaker, uses his personal journey to help the reader take an in-depth look at their life and their journey to a purposeful life. Each secret play provides wisdom and practices that are life-changing. Frank also shares examples of his own life experiences to inspire readers to get out of their own way and seek out their life purpose. This self-guided workbook is a tool that will help the reader see that they have the ability to rewrite their future and let go of old habits and practices. Readers will learn they can create any life they want no matter how difficult it may seem; they will learn to identify and overcome obstacles; and most importantly, they will learn to live life with a purpose meant to help others. This guide is a useful training tool for communities and organizations, as well as education- and justice-involved institutions that are exploring the implementation or enhancement of a current program to teach life skills and to divert individuals from the criminal justice system.
