Ace series reprint circa 1936 The front board has a bump to the bottom right hand corner. The spine is slightly faded with additional fading to the top and bottom, corresponding with the edge loss to the dust wrapper. There is a small inscription to the front end paper. There is foxing to the text block, this has spread to some occasional margins. The internal pages are otherwise clean and bright. The binding is tight. Dust wrapper/The front cover has two 1cm closed tears to the bottom edge, with an additional nick.The top left hand corner is rubbed this is attached to a chip on the spine hinge. The bottom of the spine hinge has a chip. The top of the front flap hinge is rubbed with a chip and creases to the bottom. The top and bottom of the spine has edge loss. The top of the spine has rubs, creases and tiny closed tears. The rear panel top and bottom edges have tiny closed tears. The rear flap is creases. Not price cut. the rear of the jacket is clean.
