It provides workable ways of reframing how you look at failure so you can use the inherent lessons in support of yourself and your dreams. It delivers a wealth of practical techniques for turning yourself around so you can confidently move toward your objectives.

And there are more secrets, including...
Why switching the order of HAVE-DO-BE to BE-DO-HAVE is the key to being happy;
How to use the mirror principle to become adept at changing from the inside-out;
How to take the im out of imPOSSIBLE so that anything will be possible for you;
How to take action in spite of your fear instead of freezing in fear;
How to increase your chances of success by creating SMASHing goals.

Can you have the life of your dreams?
Absolutely! When you know and use the secrets revealed in this book, failure will no longer be a concern. This is the only book that guarantees you can succeed. Not because you cannot fail. Because you can fail successfully!

Gina Mollicone-Long has enjoyed success (and failure) in a number of diverse careers. She has prospered (and crashed) both in large name-brand corporations and on the unsteady ground of entrepreneurial start-ups.

In addition, she has faced her own personal challenges head-on and continues to meet and triumph over them. With this anything-is-possible background, she developed the techniques in The Secret of Successful Failing.

Gina walks her talk on a daily basis and is always challenging her own "imPOSSIBLE" and making it POSSIBLE. Gina has helped thousands of people in seminars, keynotes and corporate training to play a "bigger game" in their own lives.

There is no straight line with Gina; all of her varied experiences have shaped her unique perspective as an entrepreneur, speaker and human being. Being in her presence is to feel the unstoppable force of her passion, excitement and most of all her ardent belief that others can achieve their imPOSSIBLE too.

When not traveling, speaking or leading seminars, Gina lives and writes in Toronto with her husband Andrew and their children Molly and Simon.
