About the Author

Derek Caffe, was raised in Youngstown, OH. Here he found an interest in health and fitness early on. This interest eventually lead Derek to join the U.S. Army where he served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his time in the military Derek came to see how many of his fellow service members struggled with weight despite exercising daily. It was at this point that he came to realize the importance of living a healthy lifestyle versus strictly exercising. Derek relocated to the Atlanta metro area in 2010. He helps clients create, implement and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
