octavo, quarter bound in black cloth with printed glossy yellow paper covered boards, covers moderately to heavily worn, contents generally good or better with first and last pages with some tears where the staple binding no longer holds those pages. It is stated that the first edition was published in Australia and this second edition was assembled without a copy of the first and may have many errors. A plausible statement, but seems unlikely.
