The appendix to the textbook contains over 150 practice multiple-choice questions with a detailed answer key and explanations that will allow students to develop and assess their mastery of the material

About the Author
Frank C. Aiello is a Professor and an Auxiliary Dean of Planning, Assessment and Accreditation at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Auburn Hills, Michigan, where he has taught since 2005. Before joining WMU-Cooley, Professor Aiello was an attorney with a large firm in Detroit, representing financial institutions in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of commercial and real estate loans, working capital arrangements, and other financing transactions involving retail, office, residential, and office projects throughout the United States. He graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 2001. Professor Aiello teaches courses in Secured Transactions and Property.
