About the Author
Hal McIntyre has over 25 years of management experience, including 16 with Citibank, where he headed its Swiss Investment and Private Banks Group, served as Chief Administrative Officer for Citicorp Investment Bank, and managed a systems division of over 300 people who supported Citibank's worldwide securities processing applications. As managing partner of the Summit Group, Hal overseas a team of 50 consultants to major banks, brokers, and other financial institutions. A Summit Group subsidiary, Securities Operations Forum, publishes two newsletters (Securities Operations Letter and Global Custody News) for over 4,000 readers worldwide.
