Black cloth with spine lettered i gilt. xiii+ 851 pp. Spine gilt bright, line of tidemarking to the bottem edge of the text block not affecting the interior, rear cover a bit bubbled. Small previous ownership[ nmae top egde of front free endpaper. Withal, a very acceptable example of the most respected and sought after book on the securities industry; virtually unobtainable in first edition.
