Second Revised Edition, undated (c 1930 based text p65). Not on OCLC or Copac (OCLC records the 1st edition c1918-20s). Staple-bound printed wraps illustrated with Michael's Touring Co cars advert to verso 12 x 15cm. 68pp with numerous full-page plates and some local adverts. Includes itineraries, English-Malay vocabulary, and timetable for Royal Dutch Indian Airways. Wraps very good with some rubbing. Interiors very good with some spotting and foxing.

SHIPPING: Domestic and international shipping is tracked and insured with UPS. This has unfortunately meant an increase in domestic rates especially, and in most cases I am absorbing some of the increase. (I have moved away from Royal Mail owing to a series of problems).
