About the Author

Gary and his wife have three adult children and make their home in Mesa, Arizona. RICHARD JACOBS MD, is the chief medical officer and vice-president of medical operations for a large health plan in Arizona. Active in Crossroads Church of the Nazarene, Rich teaches adult Sunday school and serves on the church board. He and his wife, Sue, have two adult children and live in the Phoenix area.
