Seeing the Savior Face to Face

We walk by faith now, but one day faith will give way to sight—and we shall see Jesus face to face.

From the longing of Moses to see God’s glory, to Stephen’s vision of Christ at the right hand of the Father, to John’s breathtaking promise in Revelation scripture is filled with voices pointing us to one great hope: the day when the veil is lifted and we behold the Savior as He truly is.

In this inspiring book, Pastor Danny Formhals invites you to journey through the Scriptures, the lives of saints past and present, and the lessons of nature itself to discover how this hope shapes the way we live today. Along the way you will learn:

• How to face sin, fear, battles, grief, and the uncertainty of the future in the light of Christ’s presence.

• Why the world’s solutions can never compare with the promise of seeing Jesus.

• How faith prepares us for the ultimate unveiling of glory.

• Why heaven is heaven—because Christ is there.

Each chapter offers biblical depth, real-life stories, and practical application to help you live with joy, urgency, and endurance as you look toward the face of Christ.

He is our blessed hope. He is the joy of heaven. He is the face we long to see. And soon, very soon, the One we worship by faith will be the One we see face to face.

As Charles Spurgeon once said, “The best of earth is but a shadow; the reality is to come, when we see Him face to face.”Until then, let us keep our eyes lifted, for the day is coming when faith will be swallowed up in sight.
