Seer of Shadows (Shadows of the First Trine)

Book Three of the Shadows of the First Trine,

When Dorenn Adair underwent the trials on the Isle of Doom to cure his essence sickness, he never expected to absorb the knowledge and power of countless wielders who came before him. Now, with abilities beyond his wildest dreams, Dorenn finds himself on a desperate quest for the legendary Tome of Enlightenment-a book that could either save the kingdoms or destroy them.

As the once-desolate Sacred Land regenerates with overwhelming essence, ancient forces stir from their slumber. The dreaded Oracle, architect of devastation from a thousand years past, may be awakening, while the enigmatic Toborne manipulates events from the shadows. Worse still, Dorenn's closest allies have become unwitting pawns in a game of illusions and mind control.

With friendships tested, loyalties questioned, and the line between friend and enemy blurred, Dorenn must navigate a web of deception to uncover the truth. But in a world where Mindwielders can make you see what isn't there and dragons soar over burning villages, discerning ally from enemy might be impossible-until it's too late.

Seer of Shadows is the thrilling third installment in the epic fantasy series Shadows of the First Trine, where ancient prophecies collide with newfound powers in a battle that will determine the fate of kingdoms.
