Softcover; metal-comb binding. Filled with Color illustrations of available homes, along with the floor plans and a brief text description of each. No publication date; likely from the late 1940's. Distributed by a "Standard Lumber Company" - possibly of St. Peter, Minnesota (there is an envelope from Sears laid-in, addressed to an Amboy, Minnesota resident). The covers are edge-worn, and have some rubbed surface soil. On the inner front cover, a previous owner has sketched a floor plan in pencil. There is just a bit of light rubbed soil to the first prelim page. Else the pages are quite clean; the color house illustrations are clean & bright. ; 27C; 10-1/4" x 13-1/4"; 50 pages.
