Internally very well-preserved, with 38 bold and attractive colour plates, generally clean and clear apart from some light marginal foxing not imposing greatly upon the images. Further light foxing affects pages scattered throughout, most notably to title pages and endpapers. Covers and binding remain firm and secure, but bear some light markings and overall rubbing and edge wear, including small bumps to corners, edges, and spine.
