Unpaginated, perhaps 150-200 pages. With a section of black and white painting reproductions in the rear. A catalog of a 1972 exhibition of various British watercolors and drawings, held at the Art Museum of the Rhode Island School of Design. This includes short biographies of the various artists, as well as critical commentary on the pieces included in the exhibit. Artists include Richard Cooper Jr., John Constable, Henry Bright, Thomas Shotter Boys, David Cox, Miles Birket Foster, Thomas Gainsborough, Edward Lear, Samuel Prout and many others. GOOD+ condition. Uneven browning to the covers, mostly along the extremities. Minor soiling, scuffing and edgewear. Ownership signature present.
