About the Author

Peter F. Surai Ph.D. (1983), D.Sc. (1991), is Professor at Vitagene and Health Research Centre, UK and an honorary professor at seven universities. He is the author of Selenium in Nutrition and Health (2006), Selenium in Poultry Nutrition and Health (2018) and Selenium in Pig Nutrition and Health (2021).
