Ilustrador, cartelista, caricaturista y dibujante publicitario.Por decreto del Arzobispado de Zaragoza el 21 de Junio de 1948 se instituy� la Junta Coordinadora de Cofrad�as con fines de organizar las procesiones, promocionar y difundir la Semana Santa de Zaragoza. Al mismo tiempo por decreto del arzobispo del 4 de abril de 1949 todas las cofrad�as deb�an ser filiales de la Hermandad de la Sangre de Cristo. Estos dos decretos y la participaci�n de las cofrad�as hacen posible que se haga el primer cartel propagand�stico de la Semana Santa de Zaragoza en 1949 siendo su autor el pintor �ngel Rael con colaboraci�n de Bayo; se realizaron carteles entre este a�o y 1962.Los carteles de esta �poca son todos de t�cnica pict�rica y reflejan las caracter�sticas de una de las cofrad�as de Zaragoza. Las cofrad�as fueron representadas en los a�os correlativos siguiendo el orden aproximado al fundacional de estas. De los a�os 1954 y 1955 no se conoce publicaci�n de cartel.
