The plates described are numbers 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 with some information on plates 10 & 21. There is presumably another volume of pages 1 - 74 covering plates 1 - 5. The other omitted pages appear to be reserved for supplementing the limited information given on plates 10 and 21.
