Hardcover. Tan cloth with textured leatherette binding. Lettering stamped in gold on cover and spine. This copy belonged to "Hon. T. Attwater Barnes" and his name is stamped in gold on cover. Title page dated 1896. 563 pages. Book is in very good condition. Cover has some rubbing and corners are bumped. Cover does have some browning, from where it appears to have been held and read. Pages are clean and unmarked - no tears, no smudges. Some foxing on edges and endpapers. Binding is tight. Overall, a nice copy.
