35 p.; 17 cm. Plain wrapper printed in black. Wrapper title: In Memory of Hon. E. A. Rollins. American lawyer and banker Edward Ashton Rollins (1828-1885) served as the Speaker of the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 1861 to 1862 and as Commissioner of Internal Revenue from 1865 to 1869. He moved to Philadelphia in 1868 as the President of the National Life Insurance Company and later he became President of Centennial National Bank. Scarce. In Very Good- Condition: wrapper is lightly soiled with loss at lower spine and minor loss at lower corners; back wrapper is partially separated along spine; minor loss at some page corners.
