Book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Binding well and heavily age worn but still appealing, leather and joints scuffed, spine leather chipped, remains overall attractive as an object. A good example of how a book looks which has been read heavily by early owners. An early owner has written on the detached front blank fly leaf his name and the price he paid "0-10-6" (British monetary system). Text block paper is well age toned as typical. Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a unique age patina the age flaws seem easy to overlook or forgive. Please review photos for more detailed attempt to present this book as it survives.
