The spiral binding is intact and strong. Slight signs of wear and tear on edges and covers. Very slight curl on bottom right hand corner with .1 inch of plastic layer pulling off. Except for a name on the first page there are notes or highlights on any other pages. The interior of the book is in good condition, the pages are crisp and none are missing. Placitas Community Library is a small rural library located in an unincorporated area. All proceeds help pay for the operating expenses of the library.
