Lanier shares the success secrets he used to rise to the position of Financial Vice President of Lucent Technologies. He fills the text with fascinating illustrations from his personal experiences, such as how he explained a $27 million expense to the senior vice president who had caused the problem and what he did on a business trip when he was stranded on a deserted airfield in Costa Rica!
Seasoned professionals and fledgling executive-hopefuls alike will benefit from Laniers entertaining, insightful text, which includes worksheets to help readers practice his principles. A special section provides instructions on how to find a coach and mentor others in the business world.
With topics ranging from Develop Your Plan to Dealing with Difficult People, Setting the Pace for Business Success is designed to help its readers discover their dreams, maximize their potential, and get what they want!
