The Seven Powers of Spiritual Evolution

This book effortlessly guides us into an awakened and open heart for accelerated spiritual growth. Dr. Alba Ambert invites us to listen to our hearts by activating the seven powers of spiritual evolution. She discusses the power of the heart, which underlies and supports the other pillars of spiritual development. The other powers of spiritual growth that strengthen the power of the heart are the power of silence, the power of the chakras, the power of the kundalini, the power of transmuted karma, the power of elemental energies and the power of the ethical principals, called Paramitas.

The practices and meditations included at the end of each chapter assist us in developing a consistent spiritual practice. They help to integrate the information acquired in each chapter and, if practiced regularly, the meditations and exercises included allow us to experience healing and spiritual growth through an activated and awakened heart. By following the practices described in this book, we may begin a journey to fulfill our true destiny as spiritual beings of Love. We are guided to our hearts so we can realize the true purpose of life. The book is designed to help us awaken, strengthen and open our hearts to become conscious of the Infinite presence within.

The book is accessible to all who seek a spiritual path based on unconditional Love and compassion for all beings. It is a book with heart.
