Add to basketThe Seven Seas. By Rudyard Kipling and originally produced in London by Methuen and Co. 1903. [15] + 230 pp. 7 x 4.75 . Hardcover full leather morocco. In good condition, with light superficial scuffing to edges and corners of boards and along spine. Hinges remain in good condition and text block remains bound well. Light markings. Marked by Birdsall at bottom of front board. Gilt edges to pages. Victoria League presentation on bottom of front board. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce early printing of one of Kipling s books. Rebound into an elegant fine binding by the Birdsall Bookbinding Company, a Northampton organization that operated from the early 19th Century to beyond the end of the Second World War.
