DUSTY GANNON, the founder and singular creative visionary behind post-punk icons Vision Video (and TikTok's "Goth Dad"), speaks to us candidly and at length, for the first time in print, about his life before the music as a soldier in the Afghan War, the evils of the military industrial complex, wrestling existentialism, battling post-traumatic stress disorder, facing his demons as a paramedic in metro-Atlanta, the importance of therapy, healing through music, community organization and activism, and the role artists of substance play in combating the oppressive forces transforming our world into a technofascist hellscape.
