Sex, Chocolate & Alcohol Can Be Good for You (Paperback or Softback)

Almost every day articles are being published on the evils of sex, chocolate and alcohol with possible health and social benefits of these pleasures poorly publicised.

This little book presents data that indicates that, in moderation, these activities may actually be beneficial. It is therefore recommended for people of most ages in the hope that it will be informative and help to provide a more balanced view of pleasures that are an integral part of most people's lives.
