The Shadow of the Albatross

David Nelson was always a winner until Morgan Garvey told him, "I'll bet you a hundred dollars that within five years you'll tell me that you're gay." David sets out to prove him wrong. He gets a high profile political job, and when his best friend Brian comes out to him, he knows all along that Morgan was right. Despite this, he marries and starts a family. He twists, turns and procrastinates, digging his web of conflict deeper and deeper, putting his life goals ahead of everything else. His life becomes a total conflict.

He tries to live in both worlds until his wife Audrey finds out. There is no way of knowing how many have walked in his shoes. It could be many thousands. THE SHADOW OF THE ALBATROSS is an epic of conflict that spans several years in the life and times of David and his friends.
