Carmichael is currently a law enforcement officer in Chicago. He began his career in 2008, he spent his first five years of service in the suburbs of Chicago. He has received many awards including honorable mentions, life-saving, distinguished officer and one of the highest awards from the department the Award of valor. Carmichael's passion for the youth and the community is so strong that he volunteers at local schools, speaking to the youth about violence, gangs and becoming a person of value. As the only one of his siblings to achieve a higher education, he recognizes the importance of education to improve your life. The health and wellness of others is an important part of Carmichael's peace of mind. But he still wanted more, so he decided to write his first book, which is based on a true story. He looks forward to a promising writing career and enhances his dedication to the community he currently serves.
