A native of Fort Worth,Raymond is a graduate of Texam christian University, with degrees in journalism and English. He is an award-winning journalist and has had a varied career in writing and editing. Since 1997 he has served as associate editor of Unity House.
His first book, Reel Spirit: A Guide to Movies That Inspire, Explore and Empower, was published by Unity House in 2000.
Raymond and his wife Sylvia live near Unity Village, Missouri. Theeir daughter Alexandra is a teacher and writer.
